I thought I would share a little insight into how we create our HD screensavers. We have 3 types of screensaver...
Timelapse Screensavers:
Timelapse is a technique where we use a high quality DSLR camera (currently, a Canon 5DII) and take a series of images over a certain period of time. We then use those images to create a video... because of the very high quality of the 5DII images, the timelapse screensavers are always very sharp and vibrant. We have also started to create HDR timelapse screensavers... this uses the same technique but creates even more visually stunning imagery.
HD Video Screensavers:
These are my personal favourites.... We use top of the range cinema cameras to film very high quality video footage. We have taken these cameras to many places around the world and have shot a great collection of HD video for our screensavers. We always look to push the image quality as fas as possible and are committed to investing in the top camera gear to bring you the best HD screensavers.
Computer Generated Screensavers:
We use a variety of computer software to create great looking computer effects that we then export as video and use it to create HD screensavers.
Thanks, Jay
